This beautifully styled boutique 2-bedroom apartment offers a bright, comfortable and well-equipped base in the heart of Brighton’s iconic Lanes. Designed with both style and practicality in mind, the space is ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city or working remotely in comfort.
The space
This bright and welcoming two-bedroom apartment is designed for relaxing together and enjoying your time in Brighton. Set on the second floor and accessible by both lift and stairs, the apartment is filled with natural light and finished in soothing green and warm rust tones to create a cosy, inviting atmosphere.
The open-plan living area is perfect for downtime after a day out. Settle in with a film on the Smart TV, cook up your favourites in the fully equipped kitchen, or gather around the dining table for easy, relaxed meals. There’s also a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, ideal for accommodating extra guests.
Both bedrooms feature king-size beds that are set up as singles by default, giving you flexible sleeping arrangements. If you’d prefer full king beds, these can be made up on request before arrival. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with fresh linens and plenty of storage, creating a restful space to recharge.
The modern family bathroom includes a bath with a rainfall shower and luxurious toiletries for your use.
Fresh towels, hairdryers, and tea & coffee are also provided so you can settle in straight away.

Security measures: The building has external security cameras in communal areas, there are no cameras within the property
Central location: Being right in the heart of the city means you may hear some street noise at times. That said, most guests find the location a huge plus and leave very positive feedback about their stay.
Access: The apartment is on the second floor. A lift is available, but as with many shared buildings, it may occasionally be out of order, so guests should be comfortable using the stairs if needed.
