Guest Access

Guests will have full, private access to the entire property during their stay, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and the private garden.

The home is exclusively yours for the duration of your booking — no shared spaces.

We like to give our guests space to enjoy the property, but we’re always available if you need anything during your stay.

Check-in is simple and contactless via a secure self check-in system, so you can arrive at a time that suits you. However, we’re just a message or phone call away if you have any questions, need recommendations, or require assistance.

Our aim is to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, with support available whenever you need it.

To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we require the completion of a simple guest agreement prior to check-in. This will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed and must be completed before arrival.

A refundable £300 security deposit is also required. This is held to cover any potential damages, loss, or breach of house rules during your stay. The deposit will be returned in full after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
