This booking includes TWO separate 2-bedroom apartments in the same building, booked together for your group. One is on the ground floor and one on the 3rd floor, both the same size and layout. Together they sleep up to 12 guests with sofa beds in each lounge. Each apartment has a kitchen and bathroom. A private parking space is included. Located in central Brighton, close to the seafront, shops, restaurants and nightlife. The apartments are not internally connected.
This booking is for TWO separate 2-bedroom apartments in the same building, booked together for your group. One apartment is on the ground floor and the other is on the 3rd floor. Both are the same size and layout, making this an ideal option for larger groups who want to stay close while enjoying their own space and privacy.
Each apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, a bright and cozy living area with sofa beds, and Smart TVs for relaxing after a day exploring Brighton. You’ll have fast Wi-Fi throughout, perfect for streaming, working remotely, or staying connected. The fully equipped kitchens in both apartments include everything you need to cook meals at home, with dining space to enjoy them together as a group across the two flats.
Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests. One parking space is included and is located around a 5-minute walk from the property. The apartments are in the same building but are not internally connected, and your group will have exclusive use of both throughout your stay.
Guests will have exclusive use of both apartments for the duration of their stay. You’ll be able to access the ground floor apartment and the 3rd floor apartment independently. Both are private and fully self-contained. Access details and check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. Please note the apartments are in the same building but are not internally connected. The parking space provided is located around a 5-minute walk from the property and is suitable for one vehicle only.

Just a short distance from North Laine, known for its street art, vintage stores and buzzing atmosphere, as well as the city centre and seafront. A great spot to enjoy Brighton’s food, culture and coastal vibe while still having a local neighbourhood feel.
Getting around is easy, with regular buses nearby and the city centre, North Laine and seafront just a short journey away. You can also walk into central Brighton in around 15–20 minutes. Taxis are quick and easy to find, making it simple to explore the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife without needing a car.
This booking includes two separate apartments in the same building (ground floor and 3rd floor) and they are not internally connected. Both apartments are for your exclusive use. Please note there are stairs to access the 3rd floor apartment. One parking space is included and is located approximately a 5-minute walk from the property. Central Brighton can be lively, especially at weekends, so some street noise is possible. Please be respectful of neighbours and observe quiet hours during the evening.
